Power to Pursue

Rachel DesRochers founded Power to Pursue with a mission to create safe spaces for women to be seen, heard, and loved in. Through year-long programming and the annual empowerment summit, P2P brings together like-minded people on diverse paths.

The 2026 summit is set to host nearly 950 women at Music Hall in Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati, OH, year five of championing community, conversations, and celebration.
