Power to Pursue
Rachel DesRochers founded Power to Pursue with a mission to create safe spaces for women to be seen, heard, and loved in. Through year-long programming and the annual empowerment summit, P2P brings together like-minded people on diverse paths.
The 2026 summit hosted nearly 950 women at Music Hall in Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati, OH, year five of championing community, conversations, and celebration.

From the initial style boards and industry audit to event installation and digital upkeep, I’ve created every visual piece of this Summit, with guidance from the Creative Director and input from the Power to Pursue team.
Branding ✴ I developed the logo, color palette (and variations as the event grew), sub-brands and program identities, and a full brand guide for the primary summit and sister cities
Annual Summit ✴ I designed and handled pre-press production all signage and wayfinding, lanyards and table signs, programs and presentation decks; all merchandise, including apparel, hats, mugs, pennant flags, stickers, sticker sheets, and swag bags; digital and printed advertisements; and social media graphics and ads
On-Call Design Support ✴ I maintained the digital presence of P2P outside of the summit, including writing the social media content calendar and associated copy, designing the social media graphics, providing upkeep for the website and relevant updates, and jumping in to design any miscellaneous needs
The Power to Pursue Podcast ✴ I created a logo, fresh colors, branded lockups, and assorted graphic templates and backgrounds for our media team to use on social media and beyond
